Federal Tax Incentives for Solar Energy
There are two federal tax incentives available to commercial entities to encourage private investment in solar energy equipment and systems: an investment tax credit and an accelerated depreciation allowance. Interested businesses should consult the federal tax code and/or a certified public accountant or tax attorney to determine exact eligibility and provisions of the incentives described below.
KE4040 - Exhaust Fired Chiller-Heater
The KE4040 Absorption Chiller-Heater uses as its “energy medium/source”: (1) exhaust gas directly from a gas engine / genset / turbine etc… (2) direct fire from LPG or natural gas or (3) combination of (1) exhaust gas and (2) direct fired
KE-4040 Dual Exhaust & Gas Fired Chiller
The Yazaki double effect absorption chiller-heater utilizing waste heat is a refrigeration cycle machine employing, under very low pressure, lithium bromide and water solution as the working fluid. Water is the refrigerant and lithium bromide, a stable salt with high affinity for water vapour, as the absorbent. Two primary generators are featured in the KE series – one directly heated by exhaust gas from industrial process, gas engine exhaust etc, and the other operated by the combustion of gas – natural gas, LPG etc. Both primary generators can operate independently or together, depending on the volume of exhaust gas available with respect to the cooling demand on the chiller-heater. In all circumstances, the control of the CH-KE4040 gives priority to exhaust gas function. The KE4040 Absorption Chiller-Heater uses as its “energy medium/source”: (1) exhaust gas directly from a gas engine / genset / turbine etc… (2) direct fire from LPG or natural gas or (3) combination of (1) exhaust gas and (2) direct fired
Kosovo - EAR Tower - Solar HVAC
In 2003, S.O.L.I.D. realized one of the biggest solar cooling systems worldwide for the renovation of the EAR Tower in Pristina, Kosovo. The 9-story, 25,300 square foot EAR Tower was damaged badly during the war and had to be renovated completely.
S.O.L.I.D. E Thermal Collector
Solarplants from S.O.L.I.D. are special designed for Storey buildings District heating nets Sports centres and swimming pools Hospitals and hostels Hotels
Solar Thermal Power - Basics, $, Benefit
This report demonstrates that there are no technical, economic or resource barriers to supplying 5% of the world’s electricity needs from solar thermal power alone by 2040 – even against the challenging backdrop of a projected more than doubling in global electricity demand. The solar thermal industry is capable of becoming a dynamic, innovative 15 euros billion annual business within 20 years, unlocking a new global era of economic, technological and environmental progress.
