"The exhaust heats the water that will drive the chiller plant to approximately 1,900° Fahrenheit to 190° Fahrenheit in a heat exchanger," says Cohen. "Although the chillers could be installed indoors or out, given the V configuration of the building's roof, we opted to put them inside."
